  Quartz at Work has already called awareness the  meta skill for the future of work . We love to look at the three levels of awareness:  self ,  other , and  organizational . While there’s much more leaders and companies can do to make all three easier, we can’t get close to other-awareness or organizational-awareness without first strengthening the self. Abilities and skills - Khả năng và kỹ năng The Taxonomy describes abilities and skills as “the set of process-oriented capabilities that enable an individual to achieve a specific goal.” Cây phân loại đưa ra các khả năng và kỹ năng dưới dạng "một nhóm các năng lực cho phép một cá nhân đạt được một mục tiêu cụ thể". Attitudes and values on the other hand are “beliefs that inform self-regulatory behaviour , such as personal motivation, and engagement with the broader society, such as moral or ethical considerations.” Attitudes are about why something should be done and about motivating learners to nurture resilience to overcome challenges, including the challenge of learning itself. Values support learners to resolve conflicts through reasoning rather than deceit , violence, or abuse of power.
